Connie Nowecky

Connie Nowecky, age 60, of Henderson, NV passed away on February 23, 2018. She was born in Las Vegas, NV to Linford “Digger” Anderson and Imogene Bowman Andersen on June 11, 1957.  She married James Nowecky on October 17, in Las Vegas, NV. 

Connie grew up working on her parents’ farm in Pahrump with her sisters. She continued her steadfast work ethic after moving to Las Vegas and held the same job for almost thirty years. She had a beautiful way of brightening every room she entered.  She was a member of the Corvette Club in Las Vegas and enjoyed cooking and gardening.

Connie is survived by her husband Jim Nowecky; son Jerome (Brittany) Ferrell, granddaughter Madeline Ferrell, her mother Imogene, three sisters Phyllis (Jim) Pike, Merna (Monte) Meier, and Carol Reno. 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 11:30 at the Arrowhead LDS Church at 801 Arrowhead Trail, Henderson, NV 89015.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:15 at the church.  Burial will be in Southfield Michigan at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com. In lieu of flowers, the family is appreciative of any charitable donations to the Danny Thomas St. Jude Hospital.
