Hadley Jacob Thiesing “Jake”, age 66 of Boulder City, NV, passed away on October 4, 2017 in Las Vegas.  He was born on September 23, 1951 in Westfield, IN to Neola and Irvin Thiesing.  Jake married Marian Hief on November 13, 1982 in Jasper, IN.  They moved to Boulder City from Widefield, CO in 1989.

Jake was a member of the Masonic Lodge and served as Master of the Lodge in Indiana and Boulder City. He was also a member of the Elks where he served as Past Exalted Ruler two times. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Colorado Springs.  Jake loved kids; he had a great sense of humor and loved to cut up. His smile lit up the world.

He was employed previously at Silver State Components in Colorado and moved with the plant to North Las Vegas, he also worked at A.C. Houston Lumber and was currently working at Boulder Auto Parts in Boulder City.

Jake is preceded in death by his parents Irvin and Neola; stepmother Glyndora Thiesing; and brother William.  He is survived by his wife Marian; brother David; sisters Patty, Katie, Susan, Hedi, Angela and Billie.
