Nicholas Liveing-Macdonald, age 65, passed away on June 24, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He was born on December 21, 1951 in Ireland to Eileen and George Liveing-Macdonald.  Nicholas married Lolita Magdaraog on July 31, 1981 in the Philippines.  In 2005, Nicholas and Lolita moved from Hawaii to the Las Vegas Valley.

After 23 years serving in the United States Navy, Nicholas retired as a Radio Man First Class.  After retiring, Nicholas started teaching; he taught science at Fremont Middle School.  Nicholas loved to work with computers, and travelling with his wife, Lolita.  He loved to spend time with his grandchildren.  Nicholas donated his organs after he passed away.

Nicholas is survived by his wife Lolita; daughters Cherrylou (Charles Reed) Liveing-Macdonald, Heather (Joshua) Tomas, and Cathleen Liveing-Macdonald; sister Philippa (Alan) Fischer; and seven grandchildren Mia, Maikah, Mathan, Matai, Jadelyn, Mahea, and Mateo.

Services will be held on Friday July 7, 2017 at 10:40 a.m. at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Buchanan Blvd Boulder City, Nevada.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
