Ethelyn Pacatte Obituary

Ethelyn Dean Pacatte, age 86 of Boulder City, NV passed away on May 24, 2019 in Boulder City. She was born in Vandalia, IL on January 29, 1933 to William Boaz and Ethel Lindhorst Boaz. She married Carl Pacatte in Vandalia, IL on September 10, 1949. Carl preceded her in death in 2009.

Dean was an attentive mother and grandmother and often spoiled her grandchildren and great grandchildren with gifts. She loved to shop, was a collector of many different things and loved antiques. In her later years, many knew her simply as “Granny.” She loved all kinds of people and enriched the lives of all those lucky enough to know her.

Dean is survived by two children Braxton (Denise) Pacatte, Deborah Cripe; a brother Wilson Ray Boaz; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 11:20 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive Boulder City, NV. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
