George Russell Obituary

George B. Russell, 81 of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Sunday July 22, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Emery, TX October 9, 1936 to Paul and Maynon Russell.

After high school he enlisted and served in the Navy for 20 years during which he married Wanda Lee Holland in 1960, until her passing in 1999. He enjoyed watching western movies on tv, photography and coin collecting.

He is survived by one sister Vernell Henry and his children, Brenda (David Matheny), Teresa (John Stelmaszczyk), Janet (Richard Lognion) and Paul Glen (Dana Russell) and several grand and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving with and three grandsons.

Services were held at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City NV July 30, 2018 at 9:20am. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
