Mildred Josephine (Strom) Petersen

Mildred J Petersen, age 97, passed away on August 26 in Henderson, NV. She was born on September 15, 1920 in Devon, MT, to Lena and Miller Strom. Mildred lived in Longview, WA from 1946 to 1995 and resided in Boulder City until a few years ago when she moved to Henderson.

Mildred enjoyed quilting, activities at Lake Mountain Estates and being with her church friends and family.
Mildred is survived by two daughters, Carol Rasmussen and Donna (Tom) Pacileo; her sister Esther Nordin; granddaughters Christina Blottner and Stephanie Tunell; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31st at 10:00 am at Bethany Baptist Church, 210 Wyoming Street, Boulder City, NV. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Interment will follow at 11:30 am at Palm Boulder City Mausoleum, 551 Adams Blvd. Boulder City, NV.
