Pok Hui Burch

Pok Hui Burch, often called Patty, age 72, passed away April 28, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born on October 28, 1946 in South Korea to Suk I Song and Sung-U Han. Patty married James Burch in Seoul, Korea on September 21, 1978. After James retired from the United States Air Force in 1998, they moved from Texas to the Las Vegas valley.

Patty was an incredible cook; she could watch someone make a recipe and then re-create the dish and it tasted just as good as the original. Patty enjoyed making her native Korean food for her family and friends. She loved to go country western dancing with James. Patty was also an avid collector of ceramic pigs and angels.

Patty is survived by her husband of 40 years, James Burch; and their son Martin Burch.

A wake will be held on Saturday May 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way Ste 1, Boulder City, Nevada 89005, Memorial and graveside services will be held on Thursday May 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.
