Barry Vincent Lipscomb

Barry Vincent Lipscomb, age 60, of North Las Vegas (Aliante), NV passed away on January 10, 2021.  He was born in Durham, NC on August 3, 1960 to Ernest Lee Lipscomb and Audrey Daye Hicks.  Barry served his country in the United States Army and worked as a Wire System Installer; his professional career was a Telecommunications Engineer. He married Eleanor on August 8, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV at the MGM Grand Casino.  

Barry had a passion for muscle cars and loved his 1971 Ford Thunderbird with suicide doors. Barry was well loved by all, he has never met a stranger with his free spirit mind.  Barry moved to Las Vegas in May 2006 from Winston-Salem, NC.   He is survived by his wife Eleanor; two children: Justin Lipscomb of Winston-Salem, NC (Granddaughter: Liera Darlene) and Sherkineta Lipscomb of Thomson, GA (Granddaughters: Carlissia, Shaniah, Taniah and Kanyla). 

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guest book at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com .
