Cynthia Ruth Hester

Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Cynthia “Cindy” Ruth Hester, 64, of Boulder City passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 13, 2021 with family at her side. Cindy was born June 9, 1956 in White Bear Lake, MN to Donald and Delphine Amlee. She married David Hester on July 12, 1975.

Cindy is survived by her mother Delphine Amlee of Wisconsin, her husband David Hester, two sons Michael (Beth) Hester of Boulder City, and Mathew (Erica) Hester of Las Vegas, two granddaughters Allyson and Megan of Boulder City, two grandsons Alexander and Evan of Las Vegas, three sisters Barbara (Tom) Martin of Wisconsin, Carol (Roger) Roseberry of Arizona, Debby Strange of California, and three brothers Larry Amlee of Wisconsin, David (Jenny) Amlee of California, and Tommy Amlee of Wisconsin and several nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her father Donald Amlee and her granddaughter Ashlee Hester.

Cindy was a resident of Boulder City.  She attended West High School in Southern California.  She worked as retail manager for Rite-Aid until retiring to spend time with her grandchildren to which she loved more than life itself.
