Dennis Bim Obituary

Dennis Alfred Bim, age 77, of Boulder City, NV passed away on July 7, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born in Bremerton, WA on July 1, 1943 to Alfred and Hilma Bim. He married Charlene Van Winkle on June 23, 1964 in Winterhaven, CA. They moved to Boulder City in 1981 when Dennis relocated as the district supervisor for Lucky Stores now Albertsons. After retirement Dennis enjoyed his time working as a river raft pilot for Black Canyon Raft Tours, below Hoover Dam.

Dennis loved to spend his time on the water boating. He was an avid photographer and loved to travel in the RV. He was very talented as a carpenter and loved woodworking. He was a member of the Boulder City Elks Lodge.

Dennis is survived by his wife Charlene; two children Michelle (Rodd) Souter, Kevin (Teya) Bim; two sisters Marilyn Tucker, Sharon (Joe) Rasmussen; six grandchildren Justin Souter, Tyler Souter, Brittney Souter, Andrew Bim, Ryan Bim and Conner Bim.
