Obituary

Flor Howard of Boulder City, Nevada passed away on March 16th, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada after battling with ALS.

Flor was born in Piura, Peru to parents Cervanda Panta and Thomas Vasquez. She met the love of her life and married Preston Howard on February 27th, 1982. Flor was a wonderful stay-at-home mother who always ensured her family was well cared for and loved. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, and doing crossfit workouts. Her sense of humor, positive attitude, and unwavering love for her family were among her strongest qualities. 

Flor is survived by her husband Preston Howard; four children Billy, Shain, Yasmin, and Derrick Howard; two stepsons Preston and Brad Howard; and six grandchildren Sean, Evalyn, Jaxson, Giahnna, Lincoln, and Abigail.

A memorial service will be held at Saint Andrew's Catholic Church in Boulder City, Nevada on March 29th, 2023 at 9:30am
