Judith Ruth (Steele) Ford

Judith Ruth Ford (Steele) was called to her Lord’s side on January 11, 2020. She was born on November 25, 1942 in Warren, MI as the youngest of 11 children. She moved to California in 1959, where she met her soulmate and loving husband Richard Delane Ford, Sr. They were married at St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Redondo Beach, CA on February 23, 1963 and spent the next 57 years building a home and life together. The couple moved to Glendora, CA where they raised three sons: Richard Delane Ford, Jr, Jonathon Philip Ford, and Timothy Peter Ford.

Judy and Richard retired to Boulder City, NV in 2006, where they became cherished members of Calvary Chapel Boulder City. Judy enjoyed her life by painting with watercolors, traveling with her husband, and playing cards with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and eight of her siblings. She is survived by her two remaining siblings, three children and their wives, fifteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and her beloved husband.

 Judy was loved and respected by everyone she ever encountered. The memory of this amazing woman will be remembered for years to come and will live on in the hearts and minds of her friends and family.
