Lilly Viola Branigan

Lilly Viola Branigan of McCormick, SC passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 91.  She was born on September 27, 1928 to Signe and Bernt Hall in Chicago, IL.  She married Franklin Branigan on August 17, 1947. 

Lilly was a golf enthusiast, playing two to three times weekly in her younger years and passing the time on the weekends watching it on television in her later years.  She was also an avid crafter doing crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint projects.

She is survived by her daughter Darlene Witt and son Michael (Sharon); grandchildren Jonathan (Kristen) Witt, Jessica (Scott) Dudley and Michael Jr. (Dedra); great-grandchildren Samuel and Benjamin Witt and Savannah and Harrison Branigan; sister Margaret Hickstein plus numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by husband Franklin and son-in-law Joseph Witt. 

Burial will be on February 25, 2020, at 10:40 AM, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.  Arrangements coordinated by Boulder City Family Mortuary.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
