Moses David Moya

Moses David Moya, went back to our Father’s house on February 9, 2023 at the age of 82. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona in 7/9/1940 to Moises and Ruby Moya.
 
He was passionate about Civil Engineering .After graduating from Arizona State University he worked in this field all life including 6 years in Brazil and for about 10 years for the Bureau of Reclamation in Boulder City, Nevada . He retired in 2009. He loved watching the TV programs “This Old House”, “Jeopardy” and “Family Feud”.
 
He was preceded into God’s hands by his parents, his baby brother Frank, his brother Jake, his sister Ruby Reid and by his oldest son David. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Olivia, by his sons (from the oldest to the youngest) Anthony, Jason and John; by his daughters: Vera, Christina, Jennifer, Jessica and Natalie. He is survived, as well, by a younger brother, Jimmy and his beloved Aunt Sophie.  He is also lovingly remembered by a large family of grandchildren

He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, serving as a Knight of Columbus,  His funeral mass will be Celebrated on Monday, March 6 at 10:30 at St. Andrew’s. He will be buried at the Veteran’s Cemetery in Boulder City at 12 noon.
