Paula Jane Nordstrom

Paula Putnam Nordstrom went home into the presence of the Lord, Sunday, December 13, 2020. She was born on June 11, 1944 in Toledo, OH to Robert Putnam and Nellie Hardy Putnam.  Paula married Bill Nordstrom on September 5, 1970 in Toledo, OH.  They shared 50 years of marriage and over 30 years of ministry together.  Ten of those years were spent in Boulder City from 1990 to 2000 at The Church of the Harvest.  Paula was an accomplished bible teacher, dedicated intercessor and loving encourager. Paula passed quietly after a long illness, navigating that journey without visible frustration or complaint.    
 

She is survived by her husband Bill Nordstrom of Boulder City, NV; two children Lin Litke of Parker, CO, Paul Nordstrom of Boulder City, NV; four grandchildren Joey Litke, Sam Litke, Hailey Nordstrom, Hayden Nordstrom; a sister Judy Kurth of OH; and a Brother Jan Putnam of VA.
 

Because of covid restrictions, a small memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16,  2021 at 11:00 am at Calvary Chapel Boulder City; followed by a light lunch reception.  For those unable to attend, the service will be available to view on Youtube at their convenience.  Rather than flowers we would ask that any gift be made to Calvary Chapel @ ccbcnv.org  note: Paula or Calvary Chapel Boulder City 1000 Nevada Way, Ste 207, Boulder City, NV 89005.
